I’ve used Tadalis SX for more than a year now, with a dosage of 20mg. The effects take longer to kick in if I’ve eaten a fattier meal. It lasts for three days or so, so there is no feeling of being rushed to complete things within a short time window. I have had some mild headaches the next day more than once after using Tadalis SX.

Had great results with this drug, had a long period without sex and after I took the pill, 3 times on the first night, no dysfunction. Only side effect was a bad headache for around 4 hours the next day—but it was worth it, though.

I use Tadalis SX 20mg every now and then, with new encounters. I’ve noticed that although it does work perfectly most times, there have been a few times when I had little or no positive benefit at all. The price is a bit higher than most other generic Cialis brands, so I keep usage of this drug to a minimum.

I like this medication, I can go on for hours with it. Last for around 3-4 days for me with a 20mg tablet, and can go for multiple times having intercourse, too.

This is a great drug. I’m 63 years old and have been using this sporadically for about three years, have had no side effects whatsoever. I do take blood pressure and cholesterol meds. Half a Tadalis SX pill lasts me two days.
